A place where time slows down – and you’ll be glad it does. Andrea and Jiří turned a family property into a peaceful retreat with a café, guesthouse and leafy courtyard. White interiors, natural materials, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee and homemade desserts create a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast was a real treat. The flat white, served in a rustic mug, was excellent, and the homemade honey cake simply irresistible. The warm-hearted staff make the atmosphere feel genuinely special.

Set off from Velké Pavlovice by bike into the rolling landscape of the Blue Mountains. Stop in Vrbice to explore its picturesque wine cellars, then continue to the “Walk above the vineyards” viewpoint near Kobylí. If you’re more in the mood for a touch of château romance, head to nearby Lednice for a stroll through the château park or a taste of the exotic in its historic glasshouse.
